Titus Parker, president of Black Diamond Builders is intimately involved in every aspect of your project.
We believe in a personal approach to building the home of your dreams. We like our first meeting to be with you in person. We listen and ask key questions to fully understand you and your project.
Our goal is to guide you through the entire process utilizing our dedicated and skilled craftsmen, designers and technicians.

Following our in-depth conversations we will develop and deliver a Services Agreement for you to sign. This includes surveys, planning, and timelines.
Once we solidify our plans with you, it’s time to meet with our design team to turn plans into detailed allowances. During these meetings you will work with our team to select allowance items and materials such as appliances, windows, flooring, countertops, etc. The process is fun and helps refine the budget and assure you that there will be no costly surprises once we start construction.

We understand a custom home or remodel is a big investment for you. We help you make informed financial decisions. We use cloud-based project management software that gives you access on demand. You’ll be able to see your budget in real time.
